Excellent customer service and equipment. Rented a sleeping bag and camping stove set for a week at Yellowstone. All gear was in excellent condition, the stove set came with all the extras (salt,pepper, dishwashing stuff). They have an after hours drop off which enabled us to spend more time looking for wildlife ! Would highly recommend!

Arrived late-late-late at BZN on Saturday night; Explore/Phasmid Owner picked us up at Baggage, delivered us to HQ, outfitted us, briefed us on bears [mandatory in Montana/Yellowstone] sent us on our way fast. Very good service. All gear performed well for 10 days. A great experience!
Rented a 2014 Chevy Suburban from Explore Rentals based on the great google reviews (and the poor reviews for the airport rental companies). This came at a much lower weekly cost compared to all the big name rental companies, the car was in great shape even though it has 90000 miles on it. Laura came to pick us up at the airport, she was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions patiently. At the Explore Rentals office, she even provided us with maps of the area, advice on where to visit and how long it would take as well as a pair of USB cigarette lighter chargers for our devices and a pair of binoculars, absolutely free. The binoculars in particular were a great addition, we used it for bird and wildlife spotting throughout the park. I drove the Chevy all the way down to Teton Village in Grand Teton National Park, it handled every terrain with ease. It was surprisingly good with gas mileage as well. Would rent from them again 10/10!
Great customer service. Rented a Suburban and camping gear. Picked me up at airport. Easy airport drop off of vehicle since it was before normal hours. I come out west every year and will always use them in the future.
