Great car at a great value. The Ford Focus (Titanium) had lots of features including navigation, and averaged 38 MPG over a weeks trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Highly recommend!
We booked a luxury car from Budget through Costco. When we got to the counter they had a Ford Focus for us. When I explained that we booked a luxury car and that we needed a bigger car to accomdate 2 carseats they reluctantly said they could give us a Malibu. When I showed our reservation slip they said that "that was a promotional offer". What the heck does that mean? They refused to budge and not wanting to take any more of our time or the people waiting behind us, we ened up paying additional for a jeep suv. We were very unhappy with our experience and will be sure to let others know.
