My choice of three stars is a compromise of one star and five. The first car I was given had such a strong cigar/cigarette smoke lingering, I had to have the windows open when driving. I called the rental desk as soon as I drove away, but it was too late at night to return it. The next morning is what earns the five stars - the staff was very apologetic, quick to respond and had me in a new car as soon as possible.

Love Enterprise! Have been using them for years and years now.... Great service and vehicles. This year our SUV tires could have been MUCH better. Yet they seemed to hear us... Will keep using them!!
Great service, good location, professional and friendly staff! I made reservation online via Costco website. On the pick-up date I received an email from Enterprise confirming my reservation. The rental office is a few minutes’ walk from the baggage claim. The pick-up and return process were pleasant and about 5-10 mins wait due to other customers in line. I was happy with the free upgrade from full-size to SUV. My only concern was there were two keys in the same cable chain which couldn’t be separated so both keys can be lost at the same time.
The rental arrangements were fine, the correct, clean vehicle was available at the price provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. The car was located probably 300 yards from the counter. Upon returning, no one checks the car and you leave it in the lot where it could be damaged.
