I got there 3 hours early, so they went out of their way to find a way to give me a car (giving me one that they had not had a chance to detail yet). It was a great upgrade. The only issue was that it wasn't clear where to go to get to Avis Returns which is where I had to pick the car up from. That was only an issue because I was using a car that had not been cleaned yet. Very happy to have rented there, the price was by far the best.
The nice Airport in Bozeman MT has a great Avis desk at the baggage pickup. You can see the Avis car mirror in this video. LOL
I have to admit to not being a big fan of Avis; but the service in Bozeman was fantastic and the staff absolutely charming
Ridiculously smooth experience. It took us about five minutes to get from our plane to our rental vehicle. Granted it is a small airport. The transaction was extremely smooth, and no hidden costs. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Be careful, Dishonest & Lazy people who will give unwashed/unclean car and wants the customers to give in very clean car after 1 week rental. Does not do walk thru before or after...
